The Challenge

As an exclusive part of COP27, the 2022 United Nations Climate Change Conference, Boston Consulting Group had the unique opportunity to share real-time updates with business decision-makers around the world.

The real ask was to develop a comprehensive content strategy, templated creative for both pre-planned and live content, and a framework to distill BCG’s long-format daily blogs into engaging social-friendly content.

Key Objectives
  • Work with key stakeholders to create posting strategy and align on unique campaign creative

  • Work across time zones to create content that goes live before the next day of the conference

  • Utilize Instagram's unique features to encourage audience engagement
